Fitness 4 Freedom: Where Strength Meets Justice

Fitness 4 Freedom is more than a workout — it’s a movement. Through competitions, partnerships, and local gyms, we’re rallying communities to stand for freedom. Just as fitness builds strength in the body, this mission builds hope and dignity for those broken by injustice. Every rep, every lift, every event, every effort fuels the fight to end human trafficking.

Meet Michael Wilson: From Law Enforcement to Ministry and Mission

I’m Michael Wilson — personal trainer, former pastor, founder of Citizen Soldier Coaching and author of Reclaiming the Temple. With a background in law enforcement and years of ministry experience, I have seen the deep need for freedom, both physically and spiritually. My journey into Christian fitness and biblical health coaching began with helping people restore their body, mind, and spirit through discipline, nutrition, and faith.

Partnering with Free International and Say Something Assemblies

God has opened the door for us to join Free International and Say Something, serving on the frontlines of anti-trafficking ministry here in the United States. These partnerships allow us to take the discipline and strength of fitness and use them to restore freedom and healing for those impacted by exploitation.
