This is a free initial meeting to discuss goals, injuries, and your fitness training history etc to get a better insight into exactly what you want and need.

As part of this, a complete postural analysis and kinetic chain assesment will take place. This is an essential step: the body is all linked together through muscles, joints, ligaments, etc (the kinetic chain). If one part of the chain is out of line, movement will be inhibited.

The fitness consultation and assessment helps to highlight where work is needed in order to correct any imbalances and alieviate any pain, for instance lower back pain.
