Functionality: The fitness exercises I use are integrated movements, using your body as a whole, rather than isolating muscles. Your body functions as one unit, integrating stability, flexibility, balance, and coordination, and this is the best method to train it effectively. Not only does this integrated fitness training approach burn more calories and therefore have the benefit of weight loss, it also improves posture and as a result makes your daily life activities easier and more pain free.
Fun: It is important that my clients enjoy their personal training sessions. Nothing feels worse than dreading doing exercise! My fitness sessions are challenging, varied, and always tailored specifically to the individual so that boredom is the last thing on your mind.
