My passion has always been health and fitness. I love working out, challenging my body to see what it is really capable of and looking good and feeling confident along the way.
When I found that I could have a career that allowed me to take my passion for fitness and use it to help others achieve the same, I qualified as a gym instructor in 2004 - and never looked back!
Since then I've worked consistently in the fitness industry, continuing my education and improving my personal trainingskills - building a wealth of knowledge so that I can give others the chance to achieve more than they ever thought possible. I have helped clients lose weight, increase fitness levels, tone and shape their bodies, train specifically for sports, and rehabilitate after injury...and I can do the same for you!
